LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Brazilian law, as a safeguard, requires a company’s corporate charter to include the nomination of a Brazilian or foreigner with a permanent Visa as the company’s legal representative.

The Administrator of the company must be a person with a permanent resident visa.

Shareholders must be represented in the legal statutes by a person with a permanent resident visa.

Pending the granting of a Visa or by choice, all businesses or people planning to establish them in Brazil must call upon a representation service.
